Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actress from America. She made her acting debut as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's appeared on WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for over 20 years. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. The actress was on screen in The Breakfast Club in 1985 the comedy following her initial fame. The movie was directed by John Hughes is considered one of the best high school films ever made. Even though the budget of the film was only $1 million it made more than $50 million in profits. At the same time, she began to appear in different TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. In April of 1980, the show was first aired. It was aimed at teenagers. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other TV shows where she was featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about an X-Men superhero, in which she plays an appearance. Sheedy for her amazing performances has been awarded numerous times, including an MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
